Petpet Park

Petpet Park is an upcoming feature created by the Petpet Protection League as a place to train and care for Petpets. The Opening Celebrations began on August 28, 2008.
Players can collect a daily prize and play games during the Opening Celebrations.
Plot summary
A mini-plot based on the Park was released on September 4, 2008. Each of the six missions will involve users accomplishing tasks to safely retrieve a petpet from portals connecting Petaria and Neopia. The plot is available only in English.
Mission 1
Mission 1 was released on September 4, 2008. Players had to go through a maze in the caves of Terror Mountain. If they take a wrong turn, they will encounter Snowbeasts. At the end, they will reach the portal, and retrieve a Drym.
Mission 2
Mission 2 was released on September 8, 2008. To complete this mission, players had to rotate a special stone, called the Moonlight Opal, so that it refracted the moonlight from a nearby window onto three special markings. After all three markings were bathed in moonlight, a portal opened revealing a Hifflo.
Trivia
- As of September 2008, there are 6 items featuring each of the 6 new petpets. These items can be obtained from the Toy Chest.
