Dr. Frank Sloth

An insane scientist bent on the destruction of Neopets and Neopia. Was once stopped by the Space Faerie, and has since been working underground, creating evil plans and giving out Transmogrification Potions to clueless Neopians.

Currently in the works of attacking the Space Station and Kreludor.
