- Fluorescent Pools - a place where a user's Neopet can be healed.
- Bog of Charity - A place similar to the Money Tree.
- Briana's Quest - Briana is an Air Faerie who will sometimes give out special Quests.
Criticism
Many users feel it's unfair to have Lutari Island only avaiable to Neopets Mobile users, which can't be had because of the cost or the lack of a Cingular cellphone, similar to the way some users don't have Neopets Premium.
