This NeoQuest II boss is a sort of small Gecko with glasses, he stole the Talking Stone from a nearby Chia settlement, Chia Oscuro. Found on Terror Mountain, he is one of the optional bosses of the game, but provides good training for the next boss, Kolvars and you need to beat him in order to rest and trade with the Chia settlement.
