The Advent Calendar is a seasonal daily found in Happy Valley, which is only available during the Month of Celebrating (December). From it, you can receive Neopoints, Items related to the holiday season, and sometimes Avatars. Everyday you get different items and different amounts of Neopoints, and sometimes you don't always get the same items as other Neopians. There is also a quality neopets animation to go with each day. On the 1st day of the Month of Celebrating in Years 6 and 7, users also got the 'Plastic Fir' avatar, as well as the items and neopoints. It is likely that the avatar will once again be obtainable in the next year.

Trivia
- On July 6, 2006, the Advent Calender featured an animation showing a Tuskininny, Kiko, and Wocky getting ready for a summer outing, only to find Neopia in a blizzard warning (New Features page was featuring everything snow/winter related). When users tried to collect a prize, a message saying "ERROR : But its not the month of Celebrating!" appeared.
- The Calendar did work on July 7th and gave out 1000np plus two summer items (sand set and trunks).
