Scintilly is a Robotic Petpet who accompanies Dr Landelbrot on his various endeavors. Though her present species of Petpet is unknown, she's more or less be confirmed to be a "Robot Petpet".[1]
History
Moltara Mystery
Scintilly was first encountered when users came upon the Water Tower Laboratory. She rewarded users for solving panel puzzles used to activate the portal leading to The Coincidence. As her name was not given at the time, she was simply referred to as "Robot Petpet".
Mission: Capture the Comets
After passing through the portal, users are now aboard the The Coincidence, a spaceship that orbits Neopia. Once there, users have the option of either completing the next step in the Moltara Mystery, or they could visit Scintilly outside of the ship by purchasing "gear" at the NC Mall and help her capture comets for prizes.
It was also at this time that Scintilly's name was revealed.
