Brightvale, a Neopian world discovered on August 11, 2004, is a kingdom of scholars and artisans ruled by King Skarl's older brother King Hagan. The first glass windows came from this kingdom, and every year on August 11th, a festival is held commemorating its discovery. Brightvale's colours are green, gold, and white, and its flag consists of a white triangle over a green triangle, defaced with a yellow star.

Originally known for their foul play, Brightvale was one of the most feared team in all of Neopia. However, in 2009, King Hagan said that their participation in the Cup was distracting them from education, and forbid the team to participate, but they could come back the following year. Though they are not the best by any means, they can suprise you!
