Mr. Chuckles was attacking a city in Neopia, and [[Judge Hog]] intervened. After Judge Hog mocked him and his attempt at being a villain, Mr. Chuckles released a volley of custard pies, which turned all the [[Neopet]]s around him into mind controlled clowns, overrunning Judge Hog. Hours later, Mr. Chuckles had Judge Hog tied up in his hidden lair, and was about to feed him to giant [[Noil]]s, but is stopped when users defeat Mr. Chuckles and save Judge Hog.
