The Esophagor is a monster found in the Haunted Woods. He lives in the ground and is always hungry. When he rises out of the ground, he will always find something to eat. He can provide answers to the Brain Tree's questions about deceased Neopets in return for food in his own quests.

If you complete 15 of his tasks and beat him in the Battledome 11 times, he will either turn your active neopet Mutant, Zombie, Faerie, or Grey. But you cant choose which one because it is random.
