Roo Island is a mini-world in Neopia ruled by King Roo, a Blumaroo. It is a small (aproximatly 50 miles by 100 miles) island situated 30 miles east off the coast of Neopia Central.
According to Count Von Roo's Neopedia article, one of the regions of Roo Island is called Blumaria, and is in the North of the Island.

Attractions
Roo Island features two games, Dice-A-Roo and Deadly Dice, a shop, a merry go round, and colouring pages. Players may also choose to build their NeoHome on Roo Island.
