Dr. Frank Sloth is an insane scientist bent on the destruction of Neopets and Neopia. Was once stopped by the Space Faerie in Arrival of Virtupets, and has since been working underground, creating evil plans and giving out Transmogrification Potions to clueless Neopians.
When he left the Space Station, he left behind an experiment called Neopet Version 2, which took hostage Neopets on vacation.
Currently in the works of attacking the Space Station and Kreludor.
Being one of the most famous Villains of Neopia, he has many items created in his image, There are also a few avatars for Dr. Sloth:
