Chef Bonju is an Orange Blumaroo from Shenkuu. He accidentally pushed Hoban overboard in the Cyodrake's Gaze plot after an argument about one of his meals, and now runs a cooking pot called the Magical Cooking Vessel.
He has his own avatar, although the method of obtaining it is still unknown. It may or may not be in connection with his Cooking Pot. The avatar was released on August 8, 2006.

Just before the storm, he claimed to be washing the dishes from the earlier meal, while Kentari claimed Bonju had just left the armoury, concealing something under his jacket. During the storm, he supposedly saw Hoban three times: at the starboard, then port railings, and then he later talked to him - although this does not agree with Anshu's account.
