The Water Tower Laboratory (also know as the Portal Activation Centre) is a secret location hidden within Moltara, next to the Town Hall. It was released on 20 March 2014.

Plot summary

The Water Tower.

After Dr Landelbrot had attempted to contact various Neopians through Random Events, users were led to this location in Moltara, where they had to solve a puzzle in order to activate a Portal.

The portal which led them to The Coincidence, where Dr. Landelbrot had been contacting them from.
