Linae is a pink Kougra on The Cyodrake's Gaze. Hosts the game Kou-Jong when they are docked at a Neopian world in Neopia.

Before a dinner was to be held on the Cyodrake's Gaze, Hoban said the words, "Yeah, let's see you laugh when i sail you into a storm", to which she thought he was just being grumpy. When a storm began after the meal however, she began to believe he called the storm upon them by a curse, and was bad luck to all of them.
