Princess Neera was a Pink Ixi and royal ancestor of Nabile. She was cast out by her father to live on the streets of Sakhmet for falling in love with a peasant and bringing shame upon the family. As was made clear in the Lost Desert Plot, this direct bloodline is the reason the two look so much alike.
