Ramtor's Tower is the final dungeon in the Meridell part of NeoQuest II. When the party fist comes here in the base level of the tower, the upper half the the level is blocked by some sort of force field, possibly due to Ramtor's magic, and thus Dungeon 1 must be transversed to get to the other side.
