Your team's healer in NeoQuest II, Velm is found in the Lost Desert, part 3 of the game. He can either heal your entire group or heal individuals much more.
Skills
Healing
Heals one of your group members. When maxed out, a group member can be healed as much as 150 HP. Group Healing is usually a more popular choice than this because this can only heal one member at a time.
Group Healing
This skill can heal the entire group 90 HP for each group member. It's much more popular than the regular healing because it can heal all the group members at the same time. However, it takes a very long time to cast this spell.
Group Shielding
Strengthens the caster's allies by increasing their magical and melee defense.
Mesmerization
Mesmerizes an enemy, causing them to be distracted for long periods. Enemies who are healed or damaged while mesmerized will become un-mesmerized.
Celestial Hammer
Velm's only magical attack. When max can do 45 damage an a 3 second stun. Not a popular choice because Velm's melee attack could be just as high as a magical attack.
Innate Melee Defense
Increases innate melee defense.
Innate Casting Haste
Increases innate spellcasting speed.
