The [[NeoDex:About|NeoDex]] is a fan-made encyclopaedia designed to "fill in the blanks" the Neopedia misses and provide a wider resource. Often while browsing the NeoDex, you will see external links to the articles in the Neopedia.

The Neopedia is the official on-site storytelling collection for Neopets, which opened on December 31, 2000. It is a compilation of articles and stories about the world of Neopia, its history, inhabitants, and items. Unlike the stories in the Neopian Times which are Fan Fiction, all stories within the Neopedia are factual, and actually happened within the world of Neopets.

Changes

Over the years, Neopets has been renaming and changing content within the Neopedia articles. Below are are the collected changes that occured...

  • An article on Mystery Island, released January 6, 2001, no longer exists.
  • An article about Lilac Island was released on January 10, 2001, but no longer exists.
  • A story titled Mystery Island Juppie Smugglers was released on February 1, 2001, and was was replaced with a story about Boochi on (need date).
  • A story titled Archery Set was released February 3, 2001, and was replaced by The Desert Scarabs on (need date).
  • An article titled Presidential Palace was released February 8, 2001, and replaced with Secret Laboratory Ray on (need date).
