If there was an evil done in Neopia, if was more than likely done by a Villain. Villains come in all shapes and sizes, but are usually colored with dark colours, and have menacing or violent appearances.
Most famous of all Villains is Dr. Frank Sloth.
Many Villains are showcased in the Gallery of Evil, but many are still being added to the pages, while other villains have been taken out of the Gallery of Evil, such as the Swamp Ghoul and Monoceraptor.
