Mr. Chuckles Ranged Attack in the Battledome.

Mr. Chuckles is a Kacheek clown who used to be popular until Theme Parks disappeared from Neopia (and Neopets itself). Has been practicing his skills since then, but has now become a Villain and inventor of many dangerous weapons.

Plot Summary

Defenders of Neopia Series 2

Main article: Defenders of Neopia

Mr. Chuckles was attacking a city in Neopia, and Judge Hog intervened. After Judge Hog mocked him and his attempt at being a villain, Mr. Chuckles released a volley of custard pies, which turned all the Neopets around him into mind controlled clowns, overrunning Judge Hog. Hours later, Mr. Chuckles had Judge Hog tied up in his hidden lair, and was about to feed him to giant Noils, but is stopped when users defeat Mr. Chuckles and save Judge Hog.
