The '''Pteri''' is a bird-like [[Neopet]] created on May 16, 2001. Originally from the prehistoric world of [[Tyrannia]], they can now be found all over [[Neopia]]. Pteris are lively and fun-loving creatures which can fly through the skies with ease. Pteri are often found nesting high places such as treetops, and enjoy playing tricks on those who pass by, and filling the air with their laughter.

The Pteri is a bird-like Neopet created on May 16, 2001. Originally from the prehistoric world of Tyrannia, they can now be found all over Neopia. Pteris are lively and fun-loving creatures which can fly through the skies with ease. Pteri are often found nesting high places such as treetops, and enjoy playing tricks on those who pass by, and filling the air with their laughter.

It's suggested in the Yellow Pteri card Pteris migrate to Mystery Island, similar to the migration of real-life birds.
