The Island Mystic is a Yellow Kyrii who lives on a small island on the northwest coast of Mystery Island. If you can make sense of his frustrating riddles you may be surprised how much he really knows about Neopia. You can also get his avatar if he says a riddle with the word Kyrii in it(unfortunely it's really quite rare).
