Lilo Blumario is a Yellow Blumaroo and a Right Forward and Team Captain for Roo Island's Yooyuball team of 2006 and 2007. One of the most highly coveted players of 2006's free agent class, Lilo turned down many huge offers to sign with his native Roo Island team, considered a lowly franchise at the time. As a forward, Lilo excels at scoring and leadership, and performs exceptionally well under pressure, sometimes requiring teams to triple team him. His strength and jumping ability are his only weaknesses.

- Lilo Blumario won the All-Stars - Forwards award and was nominated for MVP in the 2006 games.
- Lilo Blumario was a runner-up for the MVP award in 2007, however, he was on of the forwars for the All-Neopia First Team.
