Neopoints don't have 'physical' denominations, that is, they are not items like [[Dubloons]]. There have been several ways of representing Neopoints attempted in various games and random events, the most successful of these being the ''swagbag''. These are usually labelled with their various amounts (usually 10, 50, 100, 500, 750, or 5000) or occasionally a question mark signifying an unknown quantity. <!-- Swagbags found at http://images.neopets.com/events/xneopoints.gif with x signifying amounts -->

Proper article to write on the history, use, and changes of the Neopoint.

Neopoints (or NP) are the currency used in Neopia. Neopoints can be gained through playing Games, buying and selling items in shops or shares on the Stock Market, and through winning various Contests.

Neopoints don't have 'physical' denominations, that is, they are not items like Dubloons. There have been several ways of representing Neopoints attempted in various games and random events, the most successful of these being the swagbag. These are usually labelled with their various amounts (usually 10, 50, 100, 500, 750, or 5000) or occasionally a question mark signifying an unknown quantity.

In a Neopian Times editorial, it was stated that a 1 NP coin was small and gold.
