Roo Island is a Mini-World in Neopia ruled by King Roo, a Blumaroo. It is a small (approximately 50 miles by 100 miles) island situated 30 miles east off the coast of Neopia Central.
Blumaroos
Roo Island is heavily populated with Blumaroos. According to a survey done for an old Neopedia article, 95% of the population of 275,000 inhabitants are Blumaroos. Several of the buildings are designed to resemble Blumaroos, particularly the palace of King Roo (who is obsesed wih dice-a-roo), and the Colouring Pages building is reminiscent of a Blumaroo tail.
Attractions
Roo Island features two games, Dice-A-Roo and Deadly Dice, a souvenir shop, a merry go round, and colouring pages. Players may also choose to build their NeoHome on Roo Island.
Yooyuball
Roo Island's Yooyuball team consisits of also-rans and inexperienced rookies, but received a huge boost when Lilo Blumario, one of the game's top players, decided to sign up with his hometown club.
