The Wanderer Camp.

The Wanderer Camp is a place in the Haunted Woods released on October 2, 2006. It played a small part in the The Tale of Woe plot. Starting October 6, 2006, it is the only place to reach Neovia from.

Not much is known about the camp or the gypsies that live there. The Wanderer Camp TCG card suggests at least six wandereries to live there, although one of them is Krawley in disguise, who the other wandereries supposedly never met (the sources on this contradict each other). Three notable inhabitants of the camp are the Kau Fortune Teller, who played an important part in the Lost Desert Plot, and Megan and an untransformed Archos, who are the two Neopets starring in the PSP game Neopets: Petpet Adventures - The Wand of Wishing.

Trivia[edit]

  • Part of the Wanderer Camp could be seen in the Misfortune trading card long before the The Tale of Woe plot started.
  • This area was formerly known as the "Gypsy Camp". It was renamed, along with all items with "gypsy" in the name, in the Beta V0.4.4 release on 27 January. This reflects that the term is considered to be a racial slur by the Romani community.
