Created May 3, 2006, the Plushie Palace is the store which sells all Plushies and dolls of Neopia. Originally all plushies were sold at the Toy Shop, but The Neopets Team said they were overstocked, and needed to open another branch, possibly done to make plushies and other toys more available to users.

- In the Neopian Times editorial issue 238, it was revealed The Neopets Team forgot to modify their database when moving plushies to the Plushie Palace, making Neopets unable to play with them. This was quickly fixed.
