Nigel is the Commodity Broker Chia, a successful stock broker on the Neopian Stock Market. He always charges a 20 NP commission fee for every selling of stock that you own. He sometimes appears as a random event and recommends a stock to buy. However, whether or not to follow this "tip" is up for the user to decide.
