The Lab Ray Scientist is the mad Yellow Scorchio scientist who invented the Lab Ray. He has unkempt white hair, red swirly eye, and he wears a white lab coat. He lives on a remote island, and only those with the proper map can find him. His true name is unknown, and he owns a Kookith named Kooky.
The Lab Ray Scientist is one of the many challengers that can be fought in the Battledome. He is best known for using the Strange Potion in battle. This potion permanently changes the gender of any Neopet that it is used on.
