The Water Tower Laboratory.

The Water Tower in Moltara, next to the town hall, houses a secret laboratory (also know as the Portal Activation Centre). It was released on 20 March 2014.

Plot summary[edit]

Moltara Mystery[edit]

After Dr Landelbrot had attempted to contact various Neopians through Random Events, users were led to this location in Moltara, where they had to solve a puzzle in order to activate a Portal.

The portal which led them to The Coincidence, where Dr. Landelbrot had been contacting them from.
