Happy Valley Ice Cream, or the Ice Cream Cart, is a special shop that appeared in Happy Valley in Terror Mountain on 26 December 2004. It is operated by Mr. Chipper, a blue Lutari. It sells nine different types of ice creams.
Unlike most shops, the Happy Valley Ice Cream does not accept Neopoints, or even dubloons like shops on Krawk Island. Mr. Chipper only accepts ice cream tokens, items that can be bought from other users or by completing a Snow Faerie's Quest.
