Cog is the Red Shoyru who makes the items sold at her shop Cog's Togs in Moltara City, specialising in heavy duty clothing.
Plot summary

Cog grew up scavenging from junkyards and this close contact with metals made her good at general machinery. She used this knowledge to produce the machine which stabilized the core of Neopia using the raw materials gathered during the plot.
