The Pant Devil is an evil creature which steals items from Neopets users inventory (as a Random Event). Rather than fight its victims, the Pant Devil prefers to leave them weakened and let others finish them off as it runs off with all the possesions. Spotted all over Neopia, and also appears as a "prize" for the Wheel of Excitement and Wheel of Misfortune, stealing a random item from a users inventory.

Defenders of Neopia Series 1
While Ginny was out on her new bike, the Pant Devil snuck up on her and stole it from her, quickly taking it away. He was soon afterwards caught and defeated by someone within Defenders of Neopia, and Ginny's bike was returned.
NeoQuest II
Within the Faerieland simulation of NeoQuest II, two large Pant Devils had stolen the silver key which allowed access to King Terask and split the key in half between them. Both were defeated by Rohane and company, allowing them to fight King Terask.
As the Pant Devils within NeoQuest II were simulations, it's uncertain if they were based on real hard data collected from Neopia, or if liberties were taken by the simulation.

The Pant Devil was the first challenger to be released to fight in the Battledome on April 20, 2005, as an Alpha-Test for the 1-Player battledome challenges. Was later released as the first challenge in the original series of Defenders of Neopia in (need date).

- Sometimes mistakenly called the Pants Devil or Paint Devil.
- It's uncertain if there is one single Pant Devil or several of them, as the Pant Devil's Gallery of Evil entry says "They have been spotted all over Neopia", and two of them are fought in NeoQuest II.
- Users who place certain items from the Hidden Tower in their inventory can recieve an Avatar showing the Pant Devil crying, as he's being taunted by those users.
