The '''Bruce''' is a [[wikipedia:Penguin|penguin]]-like [[Neopet]]. Named after, and originally based on, [[wikipedia:Bruce Forsyth|Bruce Forsyth]], the Bruce has been redesigned several times, first from a photograph to a caricature of ''Bruce Forsyth'', and then to a penguin, retaining only the bow tie from its first incarnation. This was timed to coincide with the introduction of [[Terror Mountain]] on November 16, 2000. Despite their appearance, Bruces are generally good at sports and love to dance, compete in winter games, and eat cold food. They originally came from the snow-covered Terror Mountain region.

Bruces love showing off their remarkable sense of balance by skating, dancing and generally being good at sports. Originally from the snowy land of [[Terror Mountain]], Bruces can be found all over Neopia, even in the [[Lost Desert]].
