After [[Dr Landelbrot]] had attempted to contact various Neopians through [[Random Events]], users were led to this location in Moltara, where they had to solve a puzzle in order to activate a Portal.

The portal which led them to ''[[The Coincidence]]'', where [[Dr. Landelbrot]] had been contacting them from.
