He was introduced during the [[War for the Obelisk]] [[plot]] and is one of the challengers that can be fought at the [[Battleground of the Obelisk]], fighting on behalf of the [[Order of the Red Erisim]].  Belisarius wears a red robe and matching red pointed hat.  He uses a sleek wooden wand with a rounded top to cast his spells.  Belisarius is famous for his mumbling.  [[Rasala the Bright|Rasala]] often cannot understand what he is saying.
