The '''Tuskaninny''' is a [[wikipedia:pinniped|seal]]-like Neopet that, in general terms, has an easy-going attitude but can become a fearsome fighter with the right training (and threatening their fish supply). Despite the word ''tusk'' in their name, they do not usually possess these large prominent [[wikipedia:tusk|front teeth]] - the [[Tyrannia|Tyrannian]], [[Mutant]], and to a lesser extent, [[Halloween]] Tuskaninnies are the exceptions to this rule.

True to Tuskaninnies' fun-loving natures, swimming and basking in the sun are two of their favorite activities. To move about on dry land, it can be assumed that Tuskaninnies either bounce on their tails or drag themselves along the ground using their arms.
