The '''Techo''' is a [[Wikipedia:Gecko|gecko]]-like [[Neopet]] released on June 7, 2000. Techos are agile and are gifted in acrobatics. They are fun-loving Neopets and like to keep others amused with jokes and stunts, and to be the centre of attention at all times. They love to laugh and look on the bright side of life, and prefer users with a wicked sense of humour.

Like their real-world counterparts, they are skilled climbers, although this is because their [http://www.neopets.com/tcg/displayCard.phtml?edid=4&id=77 fingers are like suction cups] rather than having [[wikipedia:setae|setae]].

They first appeared in the [[Neopets Trading Card Game]] with the release of the [[Mystery Island]] expansion, where they are associated with the element of Light.
