'''Boochi''' is a [[Baby]] [[Bruce]] who wields a ray gun that can turn [[Neopet|Neopets]] into babies.  Since January 15, 2003, Boochi has been appearing in a [[Random Event]] in which he changes the [[colour]] of a user's active Neopet to Baby.  If the user's active Neopet isn't available in the Baby colour, Boochi's ray gun will have no effect.  Also, since of April 16, 2010, Boochi's Random Event will no longer affect [[unconverted]] Neopets.  A visit from Boochi can be seen as either a positive or negative event, depending on whether a user likes or dislikes the Baby colour.  

Boochi is also one of the many [[1-Player Challengers|one-player challengers]] that can be fought in the [[Battledome]].  Users can fight Boochi in the Battledome after the they see either one of his Random Events.

If the a user's active Neopet is available in the Baby colour and they are visited by Boochi, they will see the following Random Event and the colour of their active Neopet will change to Baby.
