It's been awhile since I've been around, and while I don't know what's really happened between now and then, I still have some articles I've been meaning to touch upon. ::I think it has always been policy that a user is free to do on his user page whatever he pleases, as long as he doesn't break any rules (such as, but not limited to: create unnecessary links, uses his page only for advertising, pretend he is another user or a celebrity, use curse words etc...).
