The '''Grackle Bug''' is a [[Petpet#Desert Petpet|Desert]] [[Petpet]] released on March 11, 2005.  Grackle Bugs are [[wikipedia:insect|insect]]-like and closely resemble a blue, [[wikipedia:lobster|lobster]]. 

Grackle bugs have the distinction of being edible. There are a number of Neopian [[food]] items featuring Grackle Bug as an ingredient, including Grackle Bug on a Stick, Mayo-Doused Batter-Fried Grackle Bugs with Honey Walnuts, Grackle Bug Steak, and Grackle Bug Brew.
