The Whoot is a [[Petpet]] that closely resembles an [[Wikipedia:Owl|owl]].  They were released on February 28, 2001.  Whoots are wise birds that like to perch on your [[Neopet|Neopet's]] shoulder. They have the uncanny ability to know when the [[Pant Devil]] is around.
