Webbies are usely used for many thing, but all different. Like you could have any guild ,but you would have a blog to list prizes or contests ,also the winners for them. Links are usely showen on the guild or on the webbie. You can make a webbie by going on pet's page at the main menu.Then you pick one of your pets to erase the pet's page then pick edit. Deck it out then post where you can find it won your guild.
