Day 10: Graffiti Skateboard

I used color palette as a tiebreaker, so I don't think I voted for first place today. But it was the only color I would ever actually consider painting my pet permanently.

My second second place vote. I voted based on which I thought would be easy for me to write several different funny captions. Honestly, the info on the voting page for the winner biased me a little, and I think I could have just as easily voted for that one had I not read it.

More often than not, I don't really remember which I voted for and have to search for the "your vote" banner. I don't know why I care about tracking how popular my votes were when I mostly don't really care about the Neopies. I think because it's a way to trick me into caring.

Day 10: Pink Lenny Lollipop

I see a lot of these things for the first time during the voting. Not all, but plenty.

I had a hard time picking today between the JubJub and Chia. The description for the Chia just brought back all kinds of feels. Apparently, Ellsworth decided it was worthy of one of the actually good prizes.

Day 10: Valentine Paint Brush

Left hand and right hand items for customization. There are a lot more right hand items than left, and sometimes, they're not labeled properly, so the left hand item shows up on the right hand side, etc. I should add, the left hand items are technically going on their right hands to begin with and vice versa, so "left hand item" means, when you look at the screen, it's on your left, not the pet's left.

Day 11: Pink Lenny Lollipop

The left and right items are so messed up, I could never figure out whether TNT had them correctly assigned to the Neopets' correct "hands."

Today's vote was a hard choice between phenomenal detailed art (shoyru) and creativity, but I had to just give it to the grarrl.

That was a very close second! I ultimately decided that the Faerie Festival felt more like a complete event rather than just a teaser, but it was close between those two for me.

Day 11: Neopian Sign Language

Today's was hard. But...I actually own one of the items they referenced (and was SUPER excited when it came out and my pet might just wear it all the time now) so that's what I voted. I'm 100% sure it will lose, but...oh well.

Occasionally, they ARE assigned to the correct "hands"....and then you end up with the ability to put two things in the same hand...

Day 11: Handheld Rainbow Pride Flag

Ironically, I received a hand-held item today. Says so in the name. I never paid attention at all as to in which hand an item was placed I have no idea if I have ever tried to put things into both hands of a pet, assuming they can hold only 1 item anyway. I could say that I will try to put things into my pets hands to see if they hold both items at the same time, but I almost don't care enough to try Then again, I did get a hand-held item today and I probably need to do a customization for the Quest Log.

Day 12: Jhudora Sour Candy

A 100% random vote today because I don't participate in NC mall events

I thought the orange might sneak by with a win because it's the cutest orange I've ever seen. But it's still an orange, so there was no way I'd ever vote for it.

Day 12: Mutant Haunted Handmade Doll Outfit

Looks creepy. Ditto on not doing the NC events. I did go with Neggs, since P kind of likes neggs

Yesterday, I splurged and bought all of the Shoryu costume parts and put everything on BFD. Looks good to me. No paint required

Wow. There's the familiar "my taste is the complete opposite of most Neopians'" feeling. I was debating between third and fourth place, with second place not far behind, and first a distant "never in a million years."

Day 13: Magical MSP Poogle Plushie

Well. That feels anticlimactic. Zapping a MSPP is much cooler. Into the SDB it goes.

Day 13: Snow Snicklebeast

Oooh. A MSPP Poogle Plushie! Nice. I have sometimes considered buying a few of those and turning all of my pets into Poogles

Too bad they are one use :/

It's definitely a bummer they're one use, but you do get the non-magical version after you use it. But...since I didn't need one, it'll sit in my SDB until who knows when.
