Congratulations, Meridell, The battle was well-fought. :P
I don't feel too bad about tying with you guys, at all. ^.^ I'm actually pretty happy with all of your successes.

And it could have been much, much worse for us (Rooligans); we could've been swept by Faerieland. XD

Sweet another sweep for Shenkuu. :D I was surprised to see that Meridell drew with Roo Island. I knew that Meridell was doing well this year, but I wasn't thinking that they were doing that well! :) I was also a little surprised to see that Lost Desert lost to Kreludor. :o Definitely some surprises in the last round!

Hopefully Shenkuu can keep sweeping so we can work our way up in the standings. :D

My thoughts exactly on both. Congrats, though, Meridell. :)
Ah well, we're tied with Krawk Island now on YYB (except for the fact that we're the ones that beat them), but our MSN and SS scores could be better. If I have time, I'll continue to send double my "planned" number of scores on them.

Did anyone else notice that the second round robin is *not* in the same order as the first? This could be a very bad thing for me, as there's at least two days I won't be able to play much (if at all) due to my sister's wedding. I'm hoping we're not up against any of our big opponents during those days...or that would stink muchly.

I should be getting to level 13 tonight. On to the silver shields! :D Yeah for being way ahead of schedule...and almost halfway to 2000 points.

I'm a little disappointed that they aren't in the same order. I'm going to my bf's house on the 4th for a family reunion party so I won't be able to play much. Then on the 5th I'm going to be working two jobs. :( Probably about 12ish hours in all. Those two days are LD and Roo both of which will be extremely tough matches. :(

Congrats ahead of schedule! I'm up to 285 games myself. I'm hoping to get to 600 by the end of the tournament. *crosses fingers*

I think it's a good thing - it means that you won't be playing the same teams on a saturday or sunday as the first time. Among other things, play varies on weekends in ways that it may not on weekdays, which affects outcomes. This will balance that.

Meridell -- this year's Shenkuu. :)

I'm still hoping Shenkuu can do what we did last year -- bounce back from a lot of defeats early in the tournament. I think we might be able to do it. It seems like each day we get a shock somewhere in the results. I can't really predict wins anymore, too many upsets have happened. Odd cup, but fun. :)

Well, had we followed the original schedule, the KI/RI rematch would've been on a Sunday, which would've been safe for me to play plenty. Maybe they'll move it to a weekday instead. :P That *would* make it more interesting...

Respect to anyone ahead of schedule... I'm exactly on schedule, with 824 YYB wins. Still not quite certain I'm going to go for 2000 wins, but it doesn't take as long as I thought to play 60 games a day so maybe I'll manage it.

FL is so... fluffy and pink hee... :D

Not sure how many games I'm aiming for, but from someone who couldn't even score in AC 1 & 2, I'm enjoying the creep of my scoring average from 4.something to 7 and up...

Hope Shenkuu's sweep continues- Altador is next.

You can really see it on the Top Goal Scorers page. Most of them have gained a point or more on their average since the first few days of the Cup.

I sloughed off pretty badly today--only 25 YYB games, and a few games each of MSN and SS. Fortunately, I have plenty of slack built up. Hopefully, I'll feel better tomorrow and get back on pace.
