Tom, Roxy (a fellow Randonmango), and I went Mine Scrolling today. Was really fun and provides a ton of money (and better EXP that I get training, or close enough. :P)

Now I'm stuck in the Mines as a level 51, though. xD

Once you hit level 50, you're allowed to go further into mines in El Nath, to the Zombies and the like. This also takes you to Zakum PQ area (but involves going past a lot of strong monsters). Talk to the PQ guy, and you'll get to do the first part of the PQ, which is simple document and key searching. (being vague there) Once you're done, you get 5 Dead Mine scrolls and 20k EXP (which is 3% for me, or close) Dead mine scrolls sell for about 100k each on Basilmarket.com and a little more ingame.

:( My mega post of first postness was deleted. That's a shame.

Maybe I can make this one a mega post. *ponders*

Maybe later.

In other news, yay, I'm level 80! Random screenshots that aren't too random:

Me doing 3k damage with a strafe shot for the first time (I went to an event destroying CRogs in Path of Time, and got a few treats because of it. I can hit 2.9k without GM Bless, though. Possibly 3k on a Snail).

Me destroying Papulatus clock. :D I also died at Pianus.

My computer doesn't like the patches anymore x.x I can't get it to load - that's why I haven't been on in a while. Hopefully I'll be able to get a new computer sometime this month. Have I missed anything big?

Wonder where this leads to?

You can just redownload the game, and reinstall the one you have, the patch deosn't have to be redownloaded that way. As far as missing something, I guess you missed Randomangos, the new guild that people from Randomness and PPT are in. x)

My computer will NOT *sob* download auto-patches, every single time it freezes. I either have to redownload the game, or much easier, I have to simply download the manual patch from the 'Downloads' section of the official website. Hope it helps.

*going insane*

I have reason to believe my brain is cheating on me with MapleStory.
I just go on random servers and train my neglected characters.

*must. focus. on. one. character.*

SQUEE!!!

The release of New Leaf City <3

Quote:
Greetings, Maplers!
MapleStory Client ver. 0.40 is now live!

The never-before-seen continent of Masteria and its jewel, New Leaf City, welcome you with open arms!

Masteria takes its name from the many warriors who came to the continent looking to master their fate and find their
destiny. It has mysteriously risen from the sea after a 1000-year absence. This once fabled continent was home to
a technologically advanced civilization that used a myriad of techniques for benevolence...before the dark times.
There are very few records of the final act which caused the continent to plunge into the sea, and its jewel,
Olde Sapp Village to be erased from the Maple World.

However, now it has re-risen, and with it, a host of new adventures, beginning in New Leaf City!
Head to the Kerning City Subway and join Mayor Icebyrd Slimm in an all-new adventure!

Our in-game events include:

I love New Leaf City. :D Now I just have to wait for it to clear out a little... but the pots are really cheap for their worth. :)

There are low-leveled areas there, right outside of the town are gold slimes, purple mushrooms, and bombs, which you should be able to train on. Though if you're an archer (I don't remember your class) you may have trouble training there. Any other class should haev no problem training on those, so long as you don't stray away from there. :P
