Hoenn Public Access: Special Report
To reduce the budget deficit caused by an escalating war against terrorists in Orre, the government of Hoenn (whatever that is) has enacted a 50% sales tax on all weapons sold for the next five turns, effective Turn 61, or until it can raise $10000.
I realized suddenly that nobody has been eliminated for months because items are so readily available. If this game is going to go anywhere, it needs to be more difficult to buy Min Revives. This will make it fair for people who have large amounts of money, as well as those who spend more often or are weaker. While I hate it when people are eliminated, it will have to happen for anyone to be able to win.
Ric, this applies to your purchase too, although you already have a Hyper Potion in your inventory.
