Although not manga, recently I've read Kiki's Delivery Service by Eiko Kadono (translated into English). This is the novel the anime movie is based off of. It was really cute, a nice read. There are apparently more books in the series, but they aren't translated yet. 
FLCL #1-2 - Sometimes a nice, short series is good.
Flcl was very funny, althought the jumping around got me a bit mixed up here and there. It ends differently than the anime, but I like both endings.
The Tarot Cafe #2 - This series is *so* good.
I love how the tarot cards are blended into the story. With the second book, more of the main story comes out. It's so intriguing! It all ends right when you find something major out. >.< I need the next volume muchly to see what happens next. lol
