As soon as I saw this, I thought: 'London! Liv! ((Not sure if she actually lives in London though)) O god, please be okay...'
*Huggles Liv and the rest of the English PPTers*

Thanks so much for the hugs. I live about half an hour to an hour away from London, by the tube. I go on each of those tubes and on the buses as well... right now, I'm thanking God that myself and my family are spared. My heart goes out to all the people who live near/around/in London and who were directly/indirectly affected.

My friend still doesn't know if her cousin is okay. He won't pick up his phone, and he was on the Underground today. He works in Harrods.

i feel truely bad for anyone who knows anyone affected by the blasts, and my condolences go out to you all and your families. Until a few minutes ago i was very worried about one of my close friends as she is currently working in central london, but i have checked on maps and i am now slightly more reassured that she is ok but just hasnt replied to my text yet as she would be going a really weird route to work if she were in the vicinity of any of the blasts.

I got a text from a friend while i was at work today and we spent the day listening to the radio and checking the bbc website, it's truely horrible.

My friend was in London. Haven't heard from her yet. Don't know what else to say.

Keep your fingers crossed. That's about all you can do.

But remember: England is the country that gave us kidney pies and boiled steak. If you folks can eat that, you're obviously quite tough.

My prayers go out to everyone affected. Ayse, I'm so glad your brother is okay. Please remember that there are people out there, like us, who feel for you and everyone touched.

Mat IMed me last night as soon as he heard; I believe it was around 3 AM my time. I tried to get as much information as I could, but since it had just happened, nothing was as detailed as the accounts are this morning.

I heard about this when my mom called me this morning, and then when I went to Wikipedia.
I'm sorry about what happened, but, um, I don't know what to say really.

T'is frightening.

Me and a friend person have been talking about going to London in September earlier today, and then came home and heard about ...this.
Surely there's no hope that our parents will let us go now, and I'm not really sure if I want to risk visiting a country experiencing such difficulties ...psychological reasons, I guess ...

And I'm usually not too good with words when tragic things happen, so maybe I should just stop typing ... :(

My condolences to everyone affected by these unnecessary acts of brutality.

It's really sad that these kinds of things keep on happening and happening more often.
