Psh. You're only like, eleven. I doubt anybody at your school even knows what a gay person is, they just use it as an insult because that's the latest American trend. *eyeroll*
Dawn, you would be amazed at what 11 year olds know. Ask any obsessive manga/anime fangirl (which my 13 year old daughter is) about homosexuality.
I have to share a story with you all. My husband, who is extremely out of touch with pre-teen/teen stuff, was talking with my daughter about the show "The Amazing Race." He mentioned that the two guys who were a bit "flamboyant" had been kicked out of the race. My daughter smiles and says "Dad, you mean the two gay guys?" He blushed and was at a total loss for words. He did not realize that his daughter knew anything about "gays." Obviously, he doesn't look inside any of her manga books.
Oh, and Pokemon Kid, stick to your guns. Nothing wrong with being friends with girls. When I was your age, I found it much easier to be friends with boys than friends with girls. Girls were so darned catty and snotty and into goofy stuff like makeup and giggling. Boys didn't have any of that baggage. To this day, I still find it easier to be friends with a man than with a woman. And, I am an old lady.

Tested made this fabulous set for me!!! Isn't it great?
